When they get to busy they will stop answering the phone or take it off the hook

They do deliver. Only I don't know how far from White River.. I can say they do deliver to mine........

I have seen a patient order by phone and have it delivered to the VA Hospital. A pizza will be ready in less than 15 minutes, though.

I order from there somewhat regularly and have never had issues with them not answering. Not that I don't believe that people have issues. Maybe I just have good luck?
